The Pittsburgh Steelers kicked off last week’s NFL slate with a 20-16 victory over the Tennessee Titans on Thursday Night Football.

Now 5-3 and firmly in the AFC playoff picture, the Steelers turn their attention to facing the Green Bay Packers in Week 10.

Can Pittsburgh cover at home? We break down that and more when analyzing our NFL Week 10 best bets for Sunday’s slate.

NFL Week 10 Predictions

All NFL betting odds used for these Week 10 predictions are current as of Tuesday, Nov. 6, and courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.

Packers vs Steelers Prediction

Best Bet: Under 37 Points (-110)

Both offenses are scuffling, and it hasn’t been an easy go of it for Jordan Love.

Once deemed the heir apparent to Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay, Love hasn’t looked ready for that much responsibility. Sunday’s 20-3 win over the Los Angeles Rams was only the third time this season he completed more than 60% of his passes.

While Kenny Pickett has had some clutch moments, the Steelers still rank 29th in the NFL in scoring (16.6 points per game).

Expect points to be at a premium.

49ers vs Jaguars Prediction

Best Bet: SF -3 (-112)

The schedule broke at an ideal time for the San Francisco 49ers, who limped into last week’s bye on a three-game losing streak.

Deebo Samuel (shoulder) is back practicing, and there’s reportedly optimism that Trent Williams (ankle) will soon join him despite sitting out Monday. On top of that, Chase Young, their big trade deadline acquisition, should be available.

Don’t overreact to the 49ers’ recent struggles. They remain a legitimate Super Bowl contender. That will show against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Saints vs Vikings Prediction

Best Bet: MIN +2.5 (-105)

Joshua Dobbs stepped up on short notice Sunday, guiding the Minnesota Vikings to a dramatic win over the Atlanta Falcons. Now, he gets a full week of practice under his belt.

Derek Carr is 19-35-2 ATS as a favorite, the worst record of any quarterback with at least 50 starts in the Super Bowl era.

Look for that troubling trend to continue.

Giants vs Cowboys Prediction

Best Bet: DAL -15.5 (-110)

Daniel Jones (torn ACL) is hurt again, leaving the New York Giants in tatters. With Tyrod Taylor (ribs) also out, undrafted rookie Tommy DeVito will handle quarterbacking duties for at least another week. That is, uh, not good.

The Giants are averaging an NFL-worst 11.2 points per game. It’s hard to see them scoring many points, if any at all.

This is shaping up to be a blowout. Take this line before it climbs much higher.

Lions vs Chargers Prediction

Best Bet: DET -1.5 (-110)

The Detroit Lions are fresh off a bye, while the Los Angeles Chargers are coming off a short week following their Monday night win over the New York Jets.

On top of that, Detroit is getting healthier, with David Montgomery (ribs) trending toward returning.

While both offensives are explosive, Detroit is the superior team. Jared Goff, who is plenty familiar with SoFi Stadium, shouldn’t have much issue attacking the NFL’s 31st-ranked defense (390.9 yards allowed per game).
