After another disappointing playoff exit at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers, the Dallas Cowboys embarked on an offseason of change.
The organization moved on from offensive coordinator Kellen Moore, who was replaced by Brian Schottenheimer, failed to re-sign tight end Dalton Schultz, and cut running back Ezekiel Elliott.
Dallas acquired wide receiver Brandin Cooks from the Houston Texans to supplement the offense. It also brought in veteran corner Stephon Gilmore to boost the secondary.
As we prepare for the 2023 NFL season, let’s look at the latest Cowboys betting odds.
Cowboys Futures Betting Odds
Note: These NFL betting odds are current as of Tuesday, June 6, and provided by DraftKings Sportsbook.
- Win Super Bowl: +1400
- Win NFC Championship: +600
- Win NFC East: +190
- Make Playoffs: Yes (-190) / No (+160)
- Regular-Season Win Total: Over 9.5 (-155) / Under 9.5 (+135)
Cowboys Super Bowl 58 Odds
Cowboys: Win Super Bowl (+1400)
The Cowboys (+1400) have relatively short odds to win the Super Bowl, a sign of their position of prominence in the NFC.
However, Dallas hasn’t appeared in the Super Bowl — or the NFC Championship Game, for that matter — since Troy Aikman led the franchise to victory in Super Bowl 30.
If the Cowboys can overcome the weight of history on their backs, it would lead to one of the biggest NFL celebrations we’ve seen in recent years.
Cowboys NFC Championship Odds
Cowboys: Win NFC Championship (+600)
The Cowboys sit third in the NFC Championship odds behind the Eagles (+250) and 49ers (+425).
Having made the playoffs each of the last two seasons, Dallas is a solid contender for the NFC title. However, Dak Prescott will have to rid himself of the turnover problems that plagued him last season.
The addition of Brandin Cooks could be a difference-maker here, as the Cowboys have desperately needed someone who can complement CeeDee Lamb.
Dallas has the talent to pay this bet off. It’s just a matter of if they play up to their potential.
Cowboys NFC East Winner Odds
Cowboys: Win NFC East (+190)
The NFC East hasn’t seen a repeat winner since the 2004 Eagles defended the division, which bodes well for Dallas.
The Cowboys (12-5) finished second-best to Philadelphia (14-3) last season but still took the division race to Week 18.

It’s no secret that the NFC East can be unpredictable, but the Giants (+800) and Commanders (+1100) are a long way off.
Dallas is a great bet at this price.
Cowboys Make Playoffs Odds
Cowboys: Make Playoffs (-190)
Oddsmakers expect the Cowboys to make the postseason for a third straight year, and I’m on board with them.
As long as Tony Pollard comes back healthy, Dallas should have a balanced offense under Schottenheimer.
On the other side of the ball, Dan Quinn’s defense has made significant progress over the last few seasons. And Micah Parsons, a leading candidate in the NFL Defensive Player of the Year odds, is one of the top game-wreckers in football.
This team has more than enough talent to make the playoffs in a mediocre NFC.
Cowboys Regular-Season Win Total Odds
Cowboys: Over 9.5 Wins (-155)
The Cowboys’ win total is set at 9.5, with the Over juiced to -155.
Dallas’ schedule, which features pairings with the AFC East and NFC West, isn’t the most favorable, but there are enough winnable games to get to double-digit victories for the third straight season.
