The Week 6 NFL schedule features 15 games, including a surprising showdown between NFC division leaders that was flexed.

Things kick off on Thursday Night Football with an AFC West showdown between the Broncos and Chiefs and continue Sunday morning with a London meeting between the Ravens and Titans.

The 1 p.m. slate is highlighted by a potentially high-scoring NFC North matchup between the Bears and Vikings, and the late window features the NFC North-leading Detroit Lions against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who are in first in the NFC South.

With plenty of matchups to look forward to, here are the current Week 6 betting odds and lines for the 2023 NFL season.

NFL Week 6 Odds & Betting Lines

All NFL betting odds cited below are current as of Monday, Oct. 9, and courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.

Denver Broncos @ Kansas City Chiefs

Thursday, Oct. 12, 8:15 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Broncos (+390) @ Chiefs (-520)
  • Spread: Broncos +10.5 (-112) @ Chiefs -10.5 (-108)
  • Over/Under: Over 50 (-112) / Under 50 (-108)

The Broncos are 1-4 and officially reeling after their 10-point home loss to the Jets. Now they’ll need to go to Kansas City and take on the rolling Chiefs on a short week.

Baltimore Ravens @ Tennessee Titans

Sunday, Oct. 15, 9:30 a.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Ravens (-185) @ Titans (+154)
  • Spread: Ravens -3.5 (-110) @ Titans +3.5 (-110)
  • Over/Under: Over 40 (-110) / Under 40 (-110)

The Titans have alternated wins and losses through the season’s first five weeks but have yet to win away from Nissan Stadium. We’ll see if Tennessee can keep up with Lamar Jackson and the Ravens, who are coming off a loss to the rival Steelers.

Carolina Panthers @ Miami Dolphins

Sunday, Oct. 15, 1 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Panthers (+600) @ Dolphins (-900)
  • Spread: Panthers +14 (-110) @ Dolphins -14 (-110)
  • Over/Under: Over 48.5 (-110) / Under 48.5 (-110)

The Panthers are 0-5 and will not have their first-round pick in 2024. The Dolphins looked sloppy in their 15-point win over the Giants but boast the best offense in football.

New Orleans Saints @ Houston Texans

Sunday, Oct. 15, 1 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Saints (-120) @ Texans (+100)
  • Spread: Saints -1 (-112) @ Texans +1 (-108)
  • Over/Under: Over 41.5 (-110) / Under 41.5 (-110)

The Texans have been one of the scrappiest teams in football, led by Offensive Rookie of the Year favorite C.J. Stroud. The Saints are coming off a rout of the Patriots and will try to improve to 3-1 on the road.

Indianapolis Colts @ Jacksonville Jaguars

Sunday, Oct. 15, 1 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Colts (+170) @ Jaguars (-205)
  • Spread: Colts +4.5 (-110) @ Jaguars -4.5 (-110)
  • Over/Under: Over 45.5 (-110) / Under 45.5 (-110)

Jacksonville and Indianapolis are tied for first in the AFC South, and this will be their final head-to-head matchup this season. The Jaguars are officially back on track after winning two straight over the Falcons and Bills and can earn the tiebreaker over Indy with a win.

Washington Commanders @ Atlanta Falcons

Sunday, Oct. 15, 1 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Commanders (+114) @ Falcons (-135)
  • Spread: Commanders +2.5 (-110) @ Falcons -2.5 (-110)
  • Over/Under: Over 41.5 (-112) / Under 41.5 (-108)

Washington was smoked by the Chicago Bears on Thursday night. Now the Commanders will have to go to Atlanta, where the Falcons are 3-0 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Minnesota Vikings @ Chicago Bears

Sunday, Oct. 15, 1 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Vikings (-148) @ Bears (+124)
  • Spread: Vikings -3 (-105) @ Bears +3 (-115)
  • Over/Under: Over 46.5 (-110) / Under 46.5 (-110)

The Vikings battled but fell to the Chiefs. Justin Fields has looked like himself again over the past two weeks, including his four-touchdown performance in Chicago’s rout of Washington. This game will be for last place in the NFC North.

San Francisco 49ers @ Cleveland Browns

Sunday, Oct. 15, 1 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: 49ers (-218) @ Browns (+180)
  • Spread: 49ers -5 (-110) @ Browns +5 (-110)
  • Over/Under: Over 39.5 (-110) / Under 39.5 (-110)

The Niners have looked like the best team in football through their 5-0 start. Sunday could be a letdown game for San Francisco, and Cleveland is no slouch, especially on defense.

Seattle Seahawks @ Cincinnati Bengals

Sunday, Oct. 15, 1 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Seahawks (+136) @ Bengals (-162)
  • Spread: Seahawks +2.5 (-105) @ Bengals -2.5 (-115)
  • Over/Under: Over 46.5 (-108) / Under 46.5 (-112)

The Bengals offense looked “back" in their 34-20 win over the Cardinals on Sunday, with the Joe Burrow-to-Ja’Marr Chase connection accounting for 192 yards and three touchdowns. Cincinnati will look to keep that up against Seattle, which is scoring almost 28 points per game.

New England Patriots @ Las Vegas Raiders

Sunday, Oct. 15, 4:05 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Patriots (+130) @ Raiders (-155)
  • Spread: Patriots +3 (-110) @ Raiders -3 (-110)
  • Over/Under: Over 42.5 (-110) / Under 42.5 (-110)

These have looked like the two worst teams in the AFC, especially since New England has been outscored 72-3 over the past two weeks.

Philadelphia Eagles @ New York Jets

Sunday, Oct. 15, 4:25 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Eagles (-278) @ Jets (+225)
  • Spread: Eagles -6.5 (-110) @ Jets +6.5 (-110)
  • Over/Under: Over 42 (-112) / Under 42 (-108)

Zach Wilson has looked competent over the past two weeks, and Breece Hall finally had a breakout game in New York’s win in Denver. But the Eagles’ defense is a unique challenge for any offense.

Detroit Lions @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Sunday, Oct. 15, 4:25 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Lions (-175) @ Buccaneers (+145)
  • Spread: Lions -3.5 (-110) @ Buccaneers +3.5 (-110)
  • Over/Under: Over 43.5 (-110) / Under 43.5 (-110)

The Lions are in the conversation for the best team in the loaded NFC. The Bucs have been surprisingly good in their 3-1 start. This should be a fun one.

Arizona Cardinals @ Los Angeles Rams

Sunday, Oct. 15, 4:25 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Cardinals (+220) @ Rams (-270)
  • Spread: Cardinals +6.5 (-115) @ Rams -6.5 (-105)
  • Over/Under: Over 47 (-108) / Under 47 (-112)

The Cardinals have been competitive despite their 1-4 start. The Rams are 2-3 but have a plus-point differential and welcomed back Cooper Kupp to their lineup Sunday.

New York Giants @ Buffalo Bills

Sunday, Oct. 15, 8:20 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Giants (+550) @ Bills (-800)
  • Spread: Giants +14 (-115) @ Bills -14 (-105)
  • Over/Under: Over 44.5 (-110) / Under 44.5 (-110)

The Bills are averaging 43 points per game at Highmark Stadium this season. The Giants have scored 62 points the entire season.

Dallas Cowboys @ Los Angeles Chargers

Monday, Oct. 16, 8:15 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Cowboys (-130) @ Chargers (+110)
  • Spread: Cowboys -2 (-110) @ Chargers +2 (-110)
  • Over/Under: Over 49.5 (-110) / Under 49.5 (-110)

Dallas looked awful in its 32-point loss to the 49ers on Sunday night. Facing Justin Herbert and the high-flying Chargers won’t be much easier for the Cowboys defense.
