The Dolphins’ offense was at it again Sunday, displaying its big-play capabilities in a 31-16 win over the Giants. They set an NFL record in the process, with 2,568 total yards through the season’s first five games.

Is there any limit to what they can accomplish?

We look at that and more as we break down our best NFL bets for Week 6.

NFL Week 6 Predictions

All NFL betting odds used for these Week 6 predictions are current as of Monday, Oct. 9, and courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.

Panthers vs Dolphins Prediction

Best Bet: MIA -13.5 (-112)

There’s nothing sexy about taking the second-largest spread on the board, but Miami is certainly capable of taking care of business.

With a healthy Tua Tagovailoa, the Dolphins (4-1 ATS) have made it look easy on offense. They’re averaging a league-best 36.2 points per game.

The winless Panthers simply don’t have the speed or talent to keep pace. This is shaping up to be a blowout.

49ers vs Browns Prediction

Best Bet: Over 39.5 (-110)

Cleveland is coming off a bye, but will Deshaun Watson be healthy? He missed the Browns’ Week 4 loss to Baltimore with a right shoulder injury and is still not practicing.

Because of that uncertainty, I’m avoiding the spread and instead focusing on the point total. Whether Watson plays or not, this total is simply too low for a game involving the 49ers.

San Francisco was supposed to get tested by Dallas’ defense, yet it operated with peak efficiency. The 49ers might be the best team in the NFL, having outscored opponents by 99 points.

At this point, I simply can’t fade the 49ers’ offense.

Commanders vs Falcons Prediction

Best Bet: ATL -2.5 (-112)

Desmond Ridder quieted his doubters for a week, leading Atlanta to a last-second win over Houston. His 75.7% completion rate and 329 passing yards were both career-high marks, and his performance helped the Falcons improve to 3-0 at home.

They now get the Commanders, who are coming off an uninspired 40-20 loss to Chicago on Thursday Night Football. I have a hard time trusting the Commanders after that dud.

Cardinals vs Rams Prediction

Best Bet: LAR -6.5 (-105)

Cooper Kupp looked back to form in Los Angeles’ 23-14 loss to Philadelphia, catching a team-high eight passes for 118 yards.

Even better, he proved he could coexist in the same offense with Puka Nacua, the rookie sensation out of BYU. Nacua had 11 targets, one fewer than Kupp.

The Rams now have one of the best receiving duos in the NFL. The Cardinals, who have allowed the fifth most yards through the air (1,257), will have trouble stopping them.

Take Los Angeles before this spread climbs any higher.

Seahawks vs Bengals Prediction

Best Bet: SEA +2.5 (-105)

The Bengals’ offense showed signs of life Sunday, scoring a season-high 34 points in a victory over Arizona. Still, I can’t fully buy them being back.

Seattle is well-rested coming off a bye. More importantly, its pass rush — Seattle is tied for fourth in the NFL with 16 sacks — is capable of giving Joe Burrow and Co. fits.

Look for the Seahawks to keep this close, even on the road.
