The NFL returns to Europe in Week 4.

The league makes its annual trip to London, England, where the Jacksonville Jaguars “host” the Atlanta Falcons in the first of three games in the United Kingdom’s capital.

With that and plenty of other great games on the menu, here are the current Week 4 betting odds and lines for the 2023 NFL season.

NFL Week 4 Odds & Betting Lines

All NFL betting odds cited below are current as of Monday, Sept. 23, and courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.

Detroit Lions @ Green Bay Packers

Thursday, Sept. 28, 8:15 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Lions (-118) @ Packers (-102)
  • Spread: Lions -1 (-112) @ Packers +1 (-108)
  • Over/Under: Over 45 (-110) / Under 45 (-110)

The last time they met, the Lions stunned the Packers and kept them out of the playoffs in the 2022 regular-season finale. This time, the winners will find themselves in first place in the NFC North.

Atlanta Falcons @ Jacksonville Jaguars

Sunday, Oct. 1, 9:30 a.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Falcons (+130) @ Jaguars (-155)
  • Spread: Falcons +3 (-110) @ Jaguars -3 (-110)
  • Over/Under: Over 44 (-110) / Under 44 (-110)

Trevor Lawrence and the Jags are surprisingly 1-2 after a stunning home loss to the Texans on Sunday. Maybe a date with the Falcons in their European home will help Jacksonville right the ship.

Miami Dolphins @ Buffalo Bills

Sunday, Oct. 1, 1 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Dolphins (+120) @ Bills (-142)
  • Spread: Dolphins +2.5 (-102) @ Bills -2.5 (-118)
  • Over/Under: Over 53.5 (-110) / Under 53.5 (-110)

The Dolphins may have set fire to the NFL record books with a 70-20 win over the Broncos, but the Bills also authored a convincing 37-3 win over the Commanders. This one should be super fun.

Minnesota Vikings @ Carolina Panthers

Sunday, Oct. 1, 1 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Vikings (-148) @ Panthers (+124)
  • Spread: Vikings -2.5 (-110) @ Panthers +2.5 (-110)
  • Over/Under: Over 45 (-110) / Under 45 (-110)

Both teams will enter the game 0-3. The Panthers may have expected some growing pains in Bryce Young’s rookie season, but the Vikings most certainly did not anticipate starting this poorly.

Denver Broncos @ Chicago Bears

Sunday, Oct. 1, 1 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Broncos (-148) @ Bears (+124)
  • Spread: Broncos -3.5 (-105) @ Bears +3.5 (-115)
  • Over/Under: Over 46.5 (-110) / Under 46.5 (-110)

The stoppable force, Chicago’s offense, will square off against the movable object, Denver’s defense. The victorious team won’t be winless anymore, and the loser start looking toward the No. 1 pick.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ New Orleans Saints

Sunday, Oct. 1, 1 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Buccaneers (+124) @ Saints (-148)
  • Spread: Buccaneers +3 (-115) @ Saints -3 (-105)
  • Over/Under: Over 40.5 (-110) / Under 40.5 (-110)

The Saints stole defeat from the jaws of victory, blowing a 17-0 lead in their one-point loss to the Packers, while also losing quarterback Derek Carr to a shoulder injury. However, this game should still be for first place in the NFC South.

Washington Commanders @ Philadelphia Eagles

Sunday, Oct. 1, 1 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Commanders (+245) @ Eagles (-305)
  • Spread: Commanders +7 (-110) @ Eagles -7 (-110)
  • Over/Under: Over 44.5 (-110) / Under 44.5 (-110)

Sam Howell crashed back to earth with a four-interception game against the Bills on Sunday. The Eagles defense is no slouch, either.

Baltimore Ravens @ Cleveland Browns

Sunday, Oct. 1, 1 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Ravens (+100) @ Browns (-120)
  • Spread: Ravens +1.5 (-110) @ Browns -1.5 (-110)
  • Over/Under: Over 42.5 (-110) / Under 42.5 (-110)

The Browns are 2-1, and their defense has allowed just 18 points this season. The Ravens offense, coming off a no-show effort in OT of their stunning loss to the Colts, should offer a tougher challenge.

Los Angeles Rams @ Indianapolis Colts

Sunday, Oct. 1, 1 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Rams (-110) @ Colts (-110)
  • Spread: Rams +1 (-115) @ Colts -1 (-105)
  • Over/Under: Over 45 (-110) / Under 45 (-110)

The Colts are the most surprising 2-1 team through three weeks, particularly after Gardner Minshew authored a steady performance in Anthony Richardson’s absence in their 22-19 road win in Baltimore. This should be a sneaky-good game.

Pittsburgh Steelers @ Houston Texans

Sunday, Oct. 1, 1 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Steelers (-170) @ Texans (+142)
  • Spread: Steelers -3.5 (-105) @ Texans +3.5 (-115)
  • Over/Under: Over 41 (-110) / Under 41 (-110)

C.J. Stroud earned his first NFL win by throwing for 280 yards and two scores in Houston’s 37-17 win over Jacksonville. The Steelers defense may not be as forgiving.

Cincinnati Bengals @ Tennessee Titans

Sunday, Oct. 1, 1 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Bengals (+102) @ Titans (-122)
  • Spread: Bengals +1.5 (-110) @ Titans -1.5 (-110)
  • Over/Under: Over 42.5 (-110) / Under 42.5 (-110)

The Titans have scored just 45 points, and Derrick Henry has only 163 rushing yards, in their 1-2 start. A home date with the Bengals may not help improve those numbers.

Las Vegas Raiders @ Los Angeles Chargers

Sunday, Oct. 1, 4:25 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Raiders (+170) @ Chargers (-225)
  • Spread: Raiders +4.5 (-110) @ Chargers -4.5 (-110)
  • Over/Under: Over 50.5 (-110) / Under 50.5 (-110)

The Chargers cheated an 0-3 start with their 28-24 win over the Vikings on Sunday. Now, they’ll face the Raiders, who have dropped two straight – including a winnable one against the Steelers on Sunday night.

Arizona Cardinals @ San Francisco 49ers

Sunday, Oct. 1, 4:25 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Cardinals (+575) @ 49ers (-850)
  • Spread: Cardinals +14 (-108) @ 49ers -14 (-112)
  • Over/Under: Over 42 (-112) / Under 42 (-108)

The Cardinals stunned the football world with their 28-16 win over the Cowboys on Sunday. Can they hang tough against the Niners, who have been arguably the best team in football through three games?

New England Patriots @ Dallas Cowboys

Sunday, Oct. 1, 4:25 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Patriots (+230) @ Cowboys (-285)
  • Spread: Patriots +7 (-115) @ Cowboys -7 (-105)
  • Over/Under: Over 41 (-112) / Under 41 (-108)

The Patriots escaped the winless ranks after eking out a five-point win over the Jets in a rain-soaked affair. The Cowboys, who rocked New York 30-10 in Week 2, should be a more formidable foe, particularly after their inexplicable loss to the Cardinals on Sunday.

Kansas City Chiefs @ New York Jets

Sunday, Oct. 1, 8:20 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Chiefs (-395) @ Jets (+310)
  • Spread: Chiefs -9.5 (-110) @ Jets +9.5 (-110)
  • Over/Under: Over 42.5 (-110) / Under 42.5 (-110)

The Chiefs thoroughly dismantled the hapless Bears in their 31-point win at home Sunday. Can they do so again against perhaps a worse offense?

And will Taylor Swift be on hand again, this time at the Meadowlands, on Sunday night?

Seattle Seahawks @ New York Giants

Monday, Oct. 2, 8:15 p.m. ET

  • Moneyline: Seahawks (-120) @ Giants (+100)
  • Spread: Seahawks -1.5 (-110) @ Giants +1.5 (-110)
  • Over/Under: Over 45 (-110) / Under 45 (-110)

The Giants had 11 days to get Saquon Barkley healthy ahead of Monday night’s date with Seattle.

The Seahawks offense has scored 37 points in each of the past two weeks, both wins.
