NFL Week 2 Betting Trends
NFL Week 2 is a complicated slate to bet since it’s hard to know how much stock to put into the results from Week 1. Are surprise teams really as good as they were in the opener? Or will they come crashing back to earth?
To get a better sense of how to attack the slate, here are some general Week 2 betting trends from the 2022 season:
- Favorites were 9-6 straight up (1 pk).
- Home teams were 11-5 straight up but 8-7-1 against the spread.
- Home favorites were 4-6 ATS, while home underdogs went 3-1-1.
- Unders ruled the week, going 10-4-2.
