After another campaign was marred by a late-season injury to quarterback Lamar Jackson, the Baltimore Ravens are ready to run it back in 2023.

The former NFL MVP signed a five-year contract extension with Baltimore this offseason, ensuring the Ravens will be contenders in the loaded AFC for years to come.

And with some new acquisitions to help the cause, Baltimore is in a prime position to trouble the top teams in the conference.

Let’s look at the latest Ravens betting odds for the 2023 NFL season.

Ravens Futures Betting Odds

Note: These NFL odds are current as of Thursday, June 1, and provided by DraftKings Sportsbook.

  • Win Super Bowl: +2000
  • Win AFC Championship: +1100
  • Win AFC North: +240
  • Make Playoffs: Yes (-150) / No (+130)
  • Regular-Season Win Total: Over 9.5 (-150) / Under 9.5 (+120)

Ravens Super Bowl 58 Odds

Ravens: Win Super Bowl (+2000)

The Ravens (+2000) are amongst the popular dark-horse candidates in the preseason Super Bowl odds.

The return of Lamar Jackson, who at times during the lengthy contract negotiations looked to be on the way out of town, is a significant factor in this favorable outlook.

Although he has struggled with injuries over the last two seasons, Jackson’s dynamic dual-threat abilities create headaches for opposing defenses.

If he can stay healthy for all 17 games and find his MVP-level play, the Ravens will have made a worthwhile investment.

I find Baltimore an intriguing proposition at this price.

Ravens AFC Championship Odds

Ravens: Win AFC Championship (+1100)

The Ravens (+1100) sit in the second tier of the AFC Championship odds, a testament to their standing as strong competitors in the conference.

One key acquisition that could tilt the odds in their favor is Odell Beckham Jr., who signed a one-year contract worth a fully guaranteed $15 million.

Known for his acrobatic catches and big-play ability, Beckham’s presence significantly bolsters the Ravens’ receiving corps.

If he and Jackson get on the same page quickly and deliver consistently, they could take this offense to a new level.

Ravens AFC North Winner Odds

Ravens: Win AFC North (+240)

Baltimore (+240) is the second favorite in the preseason AFC North odds, sitting behind the two-time defending division champion Cincinnati Bengals (+140).

Surprisingly, the Ravens haven’t won the AFC North since 2019, when the team finished 14-2 and Jackson was unanimously named the league’s MVP.

Given how well Baltimore’s defense played in 2022, especially down the stretch after acquiring Roquan Smith, I think there’s value in this number.

Ravens Make Playoffs Odds

Ravens: Make Playoffs (-150)

Although the Ravens haven’t won the division recently, they have been one of the AFC’s wild-card teams two of the last three seasons.

That recent history and a favorable schedule that sees Baltimore play the AFC South and NFC West could explain why its odds to make the NFL playoffs are significantly tilted toward Yes (-150) instead of No (+130).

The Ravens made the playoffs last season, with Jackson playing 12 of 17 games. They should have little trouble reaching the postseason in 2023.

Ravens Regular-Season Win Total Odds

Ravens: Over 9.5 Wins (-150)

The Ravens have won double-digit games in four of the past five seasons, a sign of the consistent level of success achieved by Jackson and head coach John Harbaugh.

While I don’t love locking up my money for the long term on -150 odds, there’s an excellent chance Baltimore wins 10 games this season.
